Vintage 1978 Takamine 360s Acoustic Guitar With New Hsc

Vintage Takamine F-360s. In the 1970's the 360s was commonly known as the best playing, sounding and economical clone of a Martin D28 to be had.... right down to the shape of the headstock and printing of the logo. They remain so even today. The 360S has a spruce top, beautifully figured and deep colored rosewood back and sides, chrome tuning machines, bound rosewood fingerboard and a simple black pick guard. This particular guitar is not a museum piece but has never been abused. It has been around and has the typical evidence to prove but has probably spent more time in the case than out of it. There is still plenty of life in finger board and frets. None of the cosmetics are distracting and, though difficult, can be seen in photographs. None affect play or sound which can only be achieved through aged quality wood put together with legendary Japanese Craftsmanship. The neck is straight and true, action is low and there is no bulging in the top. Wife says 10 guitars is more than any man should possess when we are trying to downsize..... so we're thinning the herd. Comes with a new hardshell case, in-case oasis humidifier and set of Martin Phosphorous Bronze strings. Will only ship to lower 48 states. A really great acoustic guitar looking for a new home.
